Welcome to The Housing Authority Of Clayton County Website.

The Housing Authority of Clayton County is an autonomous housing agency founded in 1982 by the Clayton County Board of Commissioners to provide financing and programs that offer decent, safe, and affordable housing to residents in Clayton County, Georgia (USA).  The Housing Authority of Clayton County does not administer public housing or Section 8 housing vouchers. DevelopersThe Authority was created by the Clayton County Board of Commissioners initially to act as a financial “conduit” providing tax exempt financing for developers seeking to construct or rehabilitate multifamily housing developments. Projects financed through the HACC are intended to provide quality, affordable housing for Clayton County citizens.
