Decent
Over the course of its history, the HACC administered more than $2.6 million dollars in federal appropriations from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for housing rehabilitation.
Safe
In addition, the HACC has invested approximately $1.2 million of its own revenues for urgent, emergency housing rehabilitation, when the welfare of the homeowners has been threatened.
Sanitary
To date, the HACC has overseen approximately 400 major construction projects to rehabilitate local housing stock, revitalize neighborhoods, and prevent urban blight.

Housing Authority of Clayton County selects officers to lead during 2012 program year
The Housing Authority of Clayton County (HACC) Board of Commissioners has voted unanimously to elect its slate of officers for the coming program year. The slate that completed its first term in office in 2011 was asked to continue in the same capacities for 2012.
